  • Reheating Instructions:
    (Option 1) Pan-fry: Heat a generous amount of oil in a frying pan over high heat. Coat the beancurd skin rolls in tempura batter, then pan-fry them over medium heat until they become golden brown and crispy. 
    Tip:     Tempura batter = Tempura Flour 30g mixed with water 50g.
    (Option 2) Air Fry: Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Brush a thin layer of cooking oil on both sides of the beancurd skin roll, then place it in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 12 minutes at 180°C until the beancurd skin roll turns golden and crispy.
