General Tso’s Chicken 左宗棠鸡

  • Portion: Good for 2 - 3 person

  • Preparation Time: Approx. 10 mins

  • Ingredients:
    1. Chicken Thigh
    2. Chopped Yellow Onion, Dried Chilli, Cut Red Chilli, Chopped Garlic & Shallot
    3. General Tso’s Chicken Sauce
    4. Spring Onion (for garnish)

  • Method of Preparation: 
    STEP 1:
    Heat up frying pan and add in 1.5 tablespoon of cooking oil. Add in #1, and pan-fry using low heat for approximately 4-5 minutes till fully cooked and golden brown.
    将平底锅烧开,加入1.5汤匙菜油把#1 以小火煎香到金黄色以及鸡腿肉全熟约4-5分钟。

    STEP 2:
    Add in #2 into frying pan and continue to fry for approximately 30 seconds.
    加入#2 与鸡腿肉继续以小火爆香均匀约30秒。

    STEP 3:
    Add in #3, and turn up to high heat. Toss and stir-fry to ensure that the chicken pieces are evenly coated.
    加入特制的#3 转大火快速的翻炒至酱汁均匀沾匀鸡腿肉。

    STEP 4:
    Add in #4, and stir-fry quickly for approximately 15 seconds. Remove from pan and serve.
    最后再加入#4 快炒均匀约15秒即可。
