- Keep frozen at -18°C and below.

Reheating Instructions 加热指示
- Step 1: Thaw overnight in the chiller prior to reheating.
步骤 1：提前放入冷藏冰箱解冻，建议隔夜让它完全解冻。 - Step 2: Remove pot from vacuum bag and cling film.
步骤 2：从真空包装取出炖盅，将保鲜膜揭掉。 - Step 3: Cover and steam over boiling water for 30 minutes.
步骤 3: 将炖盅盖盖上并隔沸腾热水蒸30分钟。
IMPORTANT NOTE 重要指示: ONCE THAWED, DO NOT REFREEZE. 解冻后，请不要重新冷冻。CONSUME WITHIN 2 HOURS FROM REHEATING. 加热后2小时内食用。
