A delightful treat that combines the irresistible crunchiness of beancurd skin with succulent shrimp.

  • Reheating Instructions:
    Option 1: Pan-fry
    Heat an ample amount of oil in a frying pan over high heat. Coat the beancurd roll with tempura batter, then pan-fry over medium heat until it turns golden brown and crispy.
    Tempura batter = Tempura Flour 30g mixed with water 50g.
    Option 2: Air fry
    Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Brush both sides of the beancurd skin roll with a thin layer of cooking oil, then carefully place it in the air fryer basket. Proceed to air fry for 12 minutes at 180°C until the beancurd skin roll turns golden and crispy.

*IMPORTANT NOTE: DO NOT THAW and dry them with kitchen towels.
