  • Reheating instructions:
    *IMPORTANT NOTE: DO NOT THAW and dry it with a kitchen towel
    - Option 1: Pan-fry
    Pre-heat plenty of oil in frying pan at high heat. Coat beancurd roll with tempura batter and put into pan. Turn fire to medium heat and pan fry until golden brown.
    Tip: Tempura batter -
    Tempura Flour 30g mixed with water 50g.

    - Option 2: Air fry
    Preheat air fryer at 180° C. Brush cooking oil on both sides of beancurd skin roll and place into the air fryer basket. Air fry for 12 minutes at 180° C.
