Braised Beancurd with Diced Chicken & Salted Fish 咸鱼鸡粒豆腐

  • Portion: Good for 2 - 3 person

  • Ingredients:
    1. Box of Tofu
    2. Diced Chicken
    3. Diced Salted Fish
    4. Chopped Mushroom, Chopped Ginger, Chopped Shallot and Chopped Garlic
    5. Chef’s Special Sauce
    6. Cornstarch
    7. Spring Onion

  • Method of Preparation: 
    STEP 1:
    Remove #1 from box, cut horizontally across followed by vertically into cubes (5x5) and set aside for use.
    将#1 (豆腐)横刀切成两边,然后直刀与横刀把豆腐切成小方块备用。

    STEP 2:
    Heat up frying pan and add in 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. Add in #2, pan-fry using medium heat till golden brown, add in #3, continue to pan-fry till fragrant. Add in #4 and continue to pan-fry.
    把平底锅烧开,加入1汤匙菜油把#2(鸡腿粒)以中火煎香至金黄色,同时加入#3(马友咸鱼)继续煎香。然后,加入#4花菇,姜肉,蒜头肉, 葱头肉继续爆香配料。

    STEP 3:
    Add in #1 and #5, and 150ml of water. Turn to high heat and simmer for 3-4 mins.
    加入#1(板豆腐) #5(总酱)与150克的清水转大火焖煮约3-4分钟。

    STEP 4:
    Mix 20ml of water to #6. Stir and pour into pan to thicken sauce.
    将#6(生粉)与20克的清水搅拌均匀加入,伴翻均匀至浓稠。

    STEP 5:
    Remove from pan, add in #7 and serve.
    最后加入#7(青葱),即可上桌享用。
