Reheating Instructions 加热指示

  • Step 1: Thaw overnight in the chiller prior to reheating.
    步骤 1:提前放入冷藏冰箱解冻,建议隔夜让它完全解冻。
  • Step 2: Remove chicken from vacuum bag.
    步骤 2:从真空包装取出鸡。
  • Step 3: Brush cooking oil on surface of chicken. 
    步骤 3:   在鸡肉表面刷上食用油。

Option 1: Air Fryer 空气炸锅

  • Step 4: Preheat air fryer at 200 - 210°C.
    步骤 4:   将空气炸锅预热至 200 - 210°C。
  • Step 5: Place chicken breast facing up in the air fryer for 15 minutes.
    步骤 5:  将鸡胸肉面朝上放入空气炸锅中, 炸大致15 分钟。
  • Step 5: Turn the chicken over and air fry for another 15 minutes.
    步骤 5: 将鸡肉翻面,再炸大约15分钟。

Option 2: Conventional Oven 烤箱

  • Step 4: Preheat oven at 160°C.
    步骤 4: 将烤箱预热至 160°C。
  • Step 5: Place chicken in oven for approximately 25 minutes.
    步骤 5: 将鸡放入烤箱,烤大致25 分钟。

IMPORTANT NOTE 重要指示: ONCE THAWED, DO NOT REFREEZE. 解冻后,请不要重新冷冻。CONSUME WITHIN 2 HOURS FROM REHEATING. 加热后2小时内食用。
