Fresh Sliced Fish Congee

Fresh Sliced Fish Congee 鲜鱼片粥

  • Portion: Good for 1 person

  • Preparation Time: Approx. 10 mins

  • Ingredients:
    1. Plain Congee
    2. Sliced Garoupa Fish & Sliced Ginger
    3. Dough Fritter You Tiao (for garnish)
    4. Spring Onion (for garnish)

  • Method of Preparation: 
    STEP 1:
    Pour #1 into pot, and simmer with low heat. Stir occasionally to ensure that the congee is heated up for approximately 7-8 mins.

    STEP 2:
    Add in #2, and stir. Continue to simmer for approximately 2 mins.

    STEP 3:
    Pour the congee out in bowl, add in #3 & #4 and serve.

*Kindly note that some of the ingredients will be chilled/frozen at the point of collection.
