Sauted Cabbage with Vermicelli and Dried Shrimps

Sautéed Cabbage with Vermicelli and Dried Shrimps 虾米粉丝炒包菜

  • Portion: Good for 2-3 person

  • Preparation Time: Approx. 6 mins

  • Ingredients:
    1. Dried Shrimp
    2. Chopped Garlic, Dried Chili & Cut Red Chili
    3. Shredded Cabbage
    4. Vermicelli
    5. Chef’s Special Sauce

  • Method of Preparation: 
    STEP 1:
    Heat up frying pan and add in 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. Add in #1, and pan-fry using low heat till fully cooked and golden brown. Add in #2 and continue to stir-fry.
    把平底锅烧开,加入1汤匙菜油把#1(虾米)以小火爆香至金黄色,再加入#2(蒜头肉,辣椒干,红辣椒)继续爆香均匀。

    STEP 2:
    Add in #3, turn to medium heat and stir-fry for approximately 1-2 minutes.  
    加入#3(北京包菜)转中火翻炒均匀约1-2分钟。 

    STEP 3:
    Add in #4 and continue to stir-fry for approximately 1 min.
    再加入#4(冬粉)翻炒均匀约1分钟。

    STEP 4:
    Add in #5, stir-fry till sauce is mixed well. Remove from pan and serve.
    最后再加入#5(总酱)翻炒均匀即可。
