Sautéed French Beans with Minced Pork and Preserved Olives 榄菜肉菘干煸四季豆

  • Preparation Time: Approx. 10 mins

  • Ingredients:
    1.French Beans
    2.Minced Pork
    3.Preserved Olives, Chopped Garlic, Chopped Shallot & Cut Red Chilli
    4.Chef’s Special Sauce

  • Method of Preparation: 
    STEP 1:
    Heat up frying pan and add in 2 tablespoon of cooking oil. Add in #1, and pan-fry using medium heat till skin is wrinkled for approximately 3-4 minutes.
    将平底锅烧开,加入2汤匙菜油把#1以中火煎至四季豆皮外皱皮约3-4分钟。

    STEP 2:
    Add in #2 and continue to fry till golden brown for approximately 2-3 minutes.  
    加入#2 继续煎至金黄色约2-3分钟。

    STEP 3:
    Add in #3 and stir fry till fragrant.
    加入#3 翻炒爆香均匀。

    STEP 4:
    Pour in #4 and 100ml of water. Simmer using high heat for approximately 2-3 minutes, till sauce is absorbed by the French beans. Remove from pan and serve.
    加入特制的#4 与100克清水转大火焖煮约 2-3分钟至四季豆干身爽口即可。
