Sautéed Premium Beef with Black Pepper Sauce 黑椒双葱炒肥牛

  • Preparation Time: Approx. 10 mins

  • Ingredients:
    1. Premium Beef Short Rib

    2. Chopped Yellow Onion, Cut Red Chilli, Chopped Garlic & Shallot
    3. Black Pepper Sauce
    4. Spring Onion (for garnish)

  • Method of Preparation: 
    STEP 1:
    Heat up frying pan and add in 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. Add in #1, and pan-fry using low heat till medium well and golden brown.

    把平底锅烧开,加入1汤匙菜油把#1 以小火煎香至金黄色约8成熟。

    STEP 2:
    Add in #2 into frying pan and continue to fry for approximately 1 minute.

    加入#2 翻炒均匀约1分钟。

    STEP 3:
    Add in #3, and turn up to medium heat. Toss and stir-fry for approximately 30 seconds.

    再加入#3 转中火翻炒均匀约30秒。

    STEP 4:
    Add in #4, and stir-fry quickly for approximately 30 seconds. Remove from pan and serve. 

    再加#4 ,快炒约30秒,即可盛入碗盘上桌享用。
