Shredded Pork with Century Egg Congee 皮蛋瘦肉粥

  • Preparation Time: Approx. 10 mins

  • Ingredients:
    1. Plain Congee
    2. Cooked Shredded Lean Pork & Century Egg
    3. Dough Fritter You Tiao (for garnish)
    4. Spring Onion (for garnish)

  • Method of Preparation: 
    STEP 1:

    Pour #1 into pot, and simmer with low heat. Stir occasionally to ensure that the congee is heated up for approximately 7-8 mins.
    将#1(白粥)倒入煲内,以小火将白粥煮热,同时搅拌均匀受热约7-8分钟。

    STEP 2:
    Add in #2, and stir. Continue to simmer for approximately 2 mins.
    加入#2(熟肉丝,皮蛋)搅拌煮均匀约2分钟。

    STEP 3:
    Pour the congee out in bowl, add in #3 & #4 and serve.
    再加入#3(油条)#4(青葱),棉滑的皮蛋瘦肉粥就完成了。
