Sweet  Sour Pork

Sweet & Sour Pork 糖醋咕噜肉

  • Portion: Good for 2-3 person

  • Preparation Time: Approx. 15 mins

  • Ingredients:
    1. Pork Cubes
    2. Green Pepper, Red Pepper, Pineapple and Yellow Onion
    3. Sweet & Sour Sauce

  • Method of Preparation: 
    STEP 1:
    Defrost #1. Set air-fryer to 160degrees, and place #1 to air-fry for approximately 8-10 mins.将 #1 (咕噜肉)放于冷藏冰箱解冻后,用空气炸锅以160度的温度炸约8-10分钟即可。

    STEP 2:
    Heat up frying pan and add in 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. Add in #2, and pan-fry using low heat for approximately 20 seconds.
    将平底锅烧开,加入1汤匙菜油把#2(青灯笼椒,红灯笼椒,黄梨片和黄洋葱)以小火爆香均匀约20秒。

    STEP 3:
    Add in #3 and turn to high heat. Add in #1 which has been air-fried and toss till sauce coats #1 evenly. Remove from pan and serve.
    加入#3(糖醋汁)转大火与炸好的#1 (咕噜肉)翻炒至浓稠的酱汁沾匀咕噜肉即可。
